We will be employing the local Maya in the area and training them how to operate the LiDAR systems and how to process the data along with how to fly commercial drones and make sure they have the correct certifications and licensing.
We will also offer our services to the following departments and fields of science:
1) Geology: to identify erosion, shifting shorelines and faultlines to predict any future problems. also to locate sinkholes, cenotes, caves.
2) Meteorology: help in mapping damage from severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes etc.
3) Coast guard, Search and rescue, Fire and other emergencies: help in finding lost persons, vehicles, equipment and boats. Help with forest and structural fires.
4) Power and gas companies: locating and inspecting damage or defects in power lines, remote transformer stations, gas lines and power poles.
5) Phone, TV, Radio stations: inspecting lines, towers and or satellite dishes.
6) Forestry: identifying, counting and cataloging different types of trees, growth patterns and helping to Prevent illigal poaching of timber and identifying areas of poor soil, foliage and other types of diseases.
7) agriculture: inspecting fields, orchards and groves to find area's for poor soil or poor irrigation and plant diseases as well as cattle migration patterns and fertile grazing areas.
8) real estate: mapping out demarcation and property lines and identifying soil types, moisture content and underground water tables.
9) construction: building site inspection and leveling as well as soil types and moisture content. Building and foundation inspection.
10) entertainment industry: aerial camera operation, videography and photography for news, weddings, movies, documentaries and other events.
11) Any science field: for anything imaginable, but especially the fields of archeology and anthropology for reasons already stated, which may be offered for other reasons not mentioned or not yet known.
12) Department of transportation: identifying problems in existing roads and areas where roads are going to be built for reasons already stated throughout this entire project statement.
